<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve output and at the same time improve resolution as a radiation CT device by a radiation detector using a light reflection material with improved light resistance and a light reflection factor. SOLUTION: In a radiation detector 2 where a scintillator 22 and a semiconductor photo detector 21 are laminated while being covered with a light reflection material 23 excluding a surface that opposes the semiconductor photo detector 21 around the scintillator 22, the light reflection material 23 is formed by mixing the light reflection material powder of rutile type titanium oxide and resin. The light reflection material powder is preferably subjected to surface treatment by at least one type of Al2O3 and SiO2.</p> |
