PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of a duct for a vibration isolation multi-story building in which a vent duct is scarcely damaged even in the case of an earthquake. SOLUTION: A lower end of a building side duct 1 is mounted in a movable state along an upper surface rail 4 of a housing 3 on the rail 4, and an upper end of a ground side duct 2 is mounted in a movable state along a lower surface rail 5 provided on a lower surface of the housing 3 on the rail 5. The rails 4, 5 are arranged in a direction perpendicular to one another as seen in a plane. A periphery of a connecting portion of the ducts 1, 2 to the housing 3 is airtightly surrounded by a flexible bag 9.
