PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confluent noise remover in a high-frequency transmission system, which can completely remove confluent noise in a common mode flowing through a coaxial cable in its transmission line. SOLUTION: In this flow noise remover, a primary winding L11 of an isolation transformer T1 for unbalanced-to-balanced conversion is connected between central and outer electrodes 2a and 2b of an input terminal 2, and windings La and Lb of a noise removing transformer Ta is provided in a balanced line on a secondary winding L12. A secondary winding L21 of an isolation transformer T2 of unbalanced-to-balanced conversion is connected even between central and outer electrodes 4a and 4b of an output terminal 4, a balanced line on a secondary winding L22 is connected to a noise-removing transformer Ta. One end of the primary winding L11 grounded to a ground line is connected to a middle point of the secondary winding L12 of the transformer T1. As a result, in-phase noise components inputted from the electrodes 2a and 2b of the input terminal 2 are cancelled by the primary winding L11 of the transformer T1, and the remaining noise components are completely removed by the noise removing transformer Ta and the secondary winding L22.
