PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting resin composition which, while retaining the workability inherent in a thermosetting resin, can be recycled by softening and melting under heating just like a thermoplastic resin and to thereby solve the problem that a thermosetting resin is difficult to recycle. SOLUTION: This recyclable epoxy resin composition comprises (A) an epoxy resin having an average functionality of 1.5-2.2 and (B) at least one compound which has two epoxy-reactive functional groups and is selected from among amine compounds, phenol compounds, and thiol compounds.
