摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic coupling element, a magnetic coupling and a control rod driving mechanism, capable of solving the wavy state at a welded part, enhancing welding processability and a welding reliability and easily carrying out an inspection after welding with high accuracy. SOLUTION: In the magnetic coupling element, a magnet is accommodated sealingly in a cylindrical box. The box has a sleeve 20, covering a magnet 19 from an outer periphery side and end plate members 16, 17 which cover the magnet 19 from an outer side of axial end. The sleeve 20 and the end plate members 16, 17 are jointed by welding. A cylindrical part projected from an outer periphery edge along the axial direction is formed integrally with the end plate members 16, 17. The diameter of this cylindrical part is set to the same diameter as the sleeve 20 or less. The cylindrical part is jointed to an axial end of the sleeve 20 through laser welding.
