PURPOSE: A method for an electronic commercial transaction is provided to enable a user to optimize a business by establishing an order of the electronic commercial transaction smoothly and managing an operating state of a bought commodity continuously through constructing various databases based on a plurality of buyers, sellers, and elements. CONSTITUTION: An operator of a service providing system registers all element information at a currently used off-line, buying companies systems, and a selling companies systems(S202). If information with respect to each element is provided for an electronic commercial transaction(S204), the buying companies join to the system and receive various kinds of information(S206). In case that each user wishes to know a basic estimate before buying an element, the user connects to a web server through each terminal and inputs basic information for preparing an estimate(S208), or an estimate is progressed by using a terminal and a telephone(S207). A control unit prepares an estimate by responding to a user's intention and informs the estimate to the user. Thus, the user may receive information necessary for each element and an estimate requesting letter(S210) and may apply a contract conclusion(S212).
