METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display is provided to extend the lifetime of the device, by forming an interconnection protection layer to guarantee an interconnection region. CONSTITUTION: The first electrode material is formed and patterned on a substrate(201) so that a plurality of the first electrodes of a band type, the first interconnections correspondingly and electrically connected to the first electrodes and the second interconnections are formed. The interconnection protection layer is formed on the first and second interconnections. An organic material layer(204) is formed on the first electrode. The second electrode material is formed on the organic material layer, and is patterned to form the second electrode which is correspondingly and electrically connected to the second interconnections. A passivation layer(207) is formed on the entire surface of the substrate. The interconnection protection layer is removed to expose the first and second interconnections.
