PURPOSE: A cabinet panel board having an explosion proof structure is provided to continuously maintain a main rotary knob or a sub rotary knob in an on/off status, and ensure an explosion proof structure resistible against the outside air. CONSTITUTION: A switching rotary shaft(26) is positioned on a rear surface of a holding part(23) to be connected with a rotary shaft of a main contact part inside a case through a coupling hole(25). Insertion recesses(27a,27b) are formed at the same line on the outside of the coupling hole(25). A metal ball(28) and a coil spring(29) are formed on the insertion recesses(27a,27b) to be contacted with an outer circumference of the switching rotary shaft(26). A locking unit forms through holes(30a,30b) at predetermined positions of an outer circumference of a rotary knob contacted with an inner circumference of the cylindrical case. As the holding part(23) rotates, coupling recesses(31a,31b) are formed on an outer circumference(24) of the cylindrical case in a manner that positions of the coupling recesses are coincided with those of the through holes(30a,30b) to form a path.
