PURPOSE: A dual electronic money payment service method in electronic payment is provided to cut down transaction cost by using a coupon type in small payment such as digital product payment, and a money type in large payment such as shopping basket payment. CONSTITUTION: When a client accesses a digital product through an electronic pulse(301), whether a selling point information management system has a coupon is confirmed(302). When the selling point information management system does not have a coupon, authentication of log-on information is demanded to an electronic money issuing server(303). When the electronic money issuing server obtains authentication(304), a coupon is issued to the client(305). A value of the coupon is compared with a value of the product(306). When the value of the coupon is smaller than the value of the product, the coupon is re-issued to the client(305). When the value of the coupon is greater than the value of the product, the used amount is subtracted from the coupon(307). The selling point information management system periodically notifies the selling price to the electronic money issuing server(310).
