PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method/device for managing a history of object use which enable grasp of the utilization history of an object to be utilized on an information processor and can be applied to charging processing of the object, e.g. SOLUTION: An object use monitoring program 14b grasps the actual use history program of an object (target object 14d) introduced to the information processor (personal computer 10) and stores the use history as reusable data (monitoring data 14c).
