PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for account transfer management, by which account transfer is realized according to the priority that a customer specifies if an account becomes deficient in balance in the account transfer of multiple payment items in a certain period. SOLUTION: A payment data file 108 containing multiple payment items of the same account and a balance data file 109 containing balance information on the account having the payment items set are connected to a CPU 101; and a priority code is given to the account withdrawal priority levels of the payment items and compared with the balance of the withdrawal set account to give an execution priority code to a withdrawing priority code, thereby performing the account transfer according to the priority. |
