PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consumer participation type order reception and ordering system which can plan and order an article scheduled to be sold, and receive its order while confirming consumer's opinions and reactions regarding the article in real time. SOLUTION: The consumer participation type order reception and ordering system 1 displays the article that a manufacturer plans to sell and its details on a consumer-side communication terminal 8 connected to a managing server machine 4 through the Internet, and a monitor who is registered as a member answers a questionnaire regarding the article. A questionnaire totalization result is displayed on a retailer-side communication terminal 6 connected to the managing server machine 4 and the retailer while confirming the questionnaire result in real time can order the article within a certain period (by an ordering deadline). The manufacturer can also confirm the ordering state and determine order reception while confirming the questionnaire result in real time. |
