PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of data by monitoring the voltage level of an operation power source supplied to a data transmitting and receiving circuit of a control device, and controlling the transmitting and receiving of various kinds of data for performing call and speech between a multiple hall set or a managing room base unit and a living room base unit, on the basis of the voltage level. SOLUTION: Via the control device 4, call and speech are performed between the multiple hall set 1 or the managing room base unit 2 and the living room base units 3a, 3b to 3n. the control device 4 is equipped with a data transmitting and receiving circuit 13 for transmitting and receiving data between the multiple hall set, the managing room base unit and the living room base unit, a CPU 14 for controlling the circuit 13, a power source circuit 12 for supplying power to the circuit 13 and the CPU 14, and a voltage monitoring circuit 15 for monitoring whether a voltage is supplied from a power source circuit 12 which voltage operates the circuit 13 and the CPU 14 to assure the data.
