PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network connecting terminal, network connecting method and device allowing any one to easily use a network by using an extremely inexpensive network terminal with an extremely simple structure, so that the terminal can be set in each place and connected to the network only by purchasing an ID card and installing it to the terminal. SOLUTION: This device has a terminal 4 having a card reader, a display and an input device, and a server storing the software for connection to the network, and reads the card data of the ID card by the installation of the ID card to the card reader and transmits it to the server. The server receives the card data from the terminal and discriminates the card data to connect the terminal to the network, so that the transmission and receiving of data between the terminal and the network can be performed.
