摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alternative material for conventional probe pins which has a sufficient hardness required for probe pins, and conductivity, higher spring performance, oxidation resistance, and further excellent workability. SOLUTION: The invented material for a probe pin is characterized by those consisting of one or two or more elements selected from a group of platinum, iridium, ruthenium, osmium, palladium and rhodium.
