PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device furnishing a capturing aid information management system, a capturing aid information management unit and a capturing aid information management method which can capture a satellite to measure tide level using capturing aid information, while requested numerical goal concerning about tide level is achieved. SOLUTION: The capturing aid information management system includes a test positioning device 254 for implementing test positioning by capturing the satellite 3 repeatedly using combination of each item information; an assessment information generation device 255 for generating assessment information by evaluating the result of test positioning by tracking the satellite 3 using combination of each item information; a combining specification device 255 for specifying combination of each item information which can achieve the numerical goal 112 concerning about positioning from a terminal device 100 based on assessment information; and a capturing aid information providing device 257 for providing capturing aid information 222 containing combination of each specified item information to the terminal device 100.
