PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-mounted communications system capable of performing a hands-free call in a car, without having to conduct troublesome works. SOLUTION: The vehicle-mounted communications system 10 is used in a status that it is installed in a car, and comprises a communication portion 12 for performing transmission through a cellular phone network 2, a microphone 13 and a loudspeaker 14 for conducting a hands-free call in the car. According to the arrangement, when a call is transferred to the vehicle-mounted communications system 10 in the car, a hands-free call can be made without a special operation. Thus, a driver of the car can perform a hands-free call in the car, without conducting troublesome works of attaching or removing of cables, by setting a call-forwarding destination for a cellular phone 20 possessed by the driver to the vehicle-mounted communications system 10 installed in the car.
