Provided are boiled fish paste product, which is superior in flavors and tastes, contains various nutrients of live anchovy and green tea, and thus improves eater's health, and a preparation thereof. The boiled fish paste product comprises 20-70wt% of live anchovy, 1-10wt% of green tea powder, 0.1-10wt% of a food additive, and 28-60wt% of wheat flour, based on the total weight of the product. The boiled fish paste product is prepared by the steps of: blending crushed live anchovy, green tea powder, wheat flour, and food additive with water to obtain a paste; forming the paste in a desired shape; steaming the shaped material with vapor of 100-150‹C for 5-10 minutes; and subjecting the steamed material to deep-frying. |
