PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectacle frame which is freely variable in bending rigidity irrelevantly to the shape of the frame to improve both functionality and designability. SOLUTION: The spectacle frame F is made of metal wires and varied stepwise in bending rigidity. There are spectacle frames having temples 1 formed of two or more kinds of materials differing in rigidity or have rims 3 and a bridge 5 formed of materials differing in bending rigidity and so on. For example, when materials having superior elasticity are used for parts of the temples before the head, no large force is applied to the flanks of the head from the temples 1 and proper clamping forces are applied to the head flanks. Especially, the temples are preferably varied in rigidity in three stages to make front parts and rear parts of the temples lower in bending rigidity than intermediate parts of the temples.
