PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a degree of freedom of thermal design. SOLUTION: A groove 121 is formed on the back of a cabinet 12 in which a flat display panel 14 is stored to form a plurality of regions separated across the groove on an internal surface, and a plurality of electric circuits 551, 552, 553 incorporated in the cabinet 12 are arranged in the plurality of regions so as to be thermally separated from each other.
