PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray inspection device capable of controlling simultaneously the moving direction and moving speed by using a mouse. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a stage 14 for placing a measuring object thereon between an X-ray source 11 and an X-ray detector 12, a driving part 15 for adjusting the position relation between the measuring object on the stage and an X-ray measuring optical system 13, a monitor screen 24a, an X-ray image generation part 31 for generating a fluorescent X-ray image based on an image signal photographed by the X-ray detector 12, an X-ray image display control part 32 for performing image display of the fluoroscopic X-ray image on the monitor screen, the mouse 23 for displaying a pointer on an optional position on the monitor screen and designating the pointer position by click operation, and a driving signal generation part 33 for generating a driving signal to a driving part 16 corresponding to the designated position when position designation is performed by the click operation of the mouse on the fluoroscopic X-ray image 24b displayed on the monitor screen 24a.
