<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a tuning fork quartz oscillator that has a tuning fork base part and first and second tuning arms connected to the tuning fork base, and also has excellent electrical characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The first and second tuning fork arms are formed, a groove is formed in each tuning fork arm, and then a frequency is adjusted in the tuning fork quartz oscillator, thus achieving the precise, inexpensive, and ultra-compact tuning fork quartz oscillator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
