A slide opening/closing device for a mobile terminal is provided to solve a problem that a repeated using of a sliding function causes a movement between the slide body and a main body to degrade speech quality and reliability of the product. A slide body(20) includes a slope face(24) at one side of a rear surface thereof, installation holes(26) formed at both sides of the slope face(24), and cams(40) rotatably received in the installation holes(26). A main body(10) is combined with the slide body(20) such that the slide body(20) can be slidably moved. A sub-body(30) is rotatably combined at one side of the main body(10) and includes operation recesses(32) in which the cams(40) are rotatably received. When the cams(40) contact with the surface of the sub-body(30) and are restrained from being rotated, reach the operation recesses(32) according to a movement of the slide body(20), their rotation is released.
