PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook-and-loop fastener capable of applying stretching property to an engagement part by the hook-and-loop fastener. SOLUTION: At least, two hook-and-loop fasteners 2 and 2 are connected by a stretch sheet 1 having the stretching property in the width direction and/or length direction at some interval apart so as to form a stretchable area 3 between the hook-and-loop fasteners 2, 2 and, when the female type hook-and-loop fastener 2B and the male type hook-and-loop fastener 2A are connected together, the engagement part can be extended/contracted.
