PURPOSE: Provided is a method for deep-fried sea tangle using seafood and medicinal herbs as main ingredients. The deep-fried sea tangle contains pharmaceutical components of the ingredients, thus improves one's health and contributes the increase of exportation. CONSTITUTION: The deep-fried sea tangle is manufactured by the steps of: adding laver, Hizikia fusiforme, brown seaweed, jujube, licorice root, Rehmannia glutinosa, Ferocactus Viridescens BR and R to water containing bioceramic; maturing them for 48 hours then washing; 2 hours after maturation, drying them in the wind for 1 and half hours; preparing gruel by mixing them with pulverized glutinous rice; coating sea tangle with the gruel then drying it; re-coating it with the gruel then sprinkling sesame seeds; and drying and deep-frying it.
