<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an employment service system to enable a job seeker to smoothly perform job search. <P>SOLUTION: Each job seeking side terminal 1a, 1b, 1c owned by a plurality of job seekers is connected to a computer network, such as the Internet 2, respectively. Job offer side terminals 3a, 3b, 3c owned by a plurality of job offerers (persons in charge in companies) are also connected to the computer network, such as the Internet 2, respectively. A central server device 4 and a communication server device 5, which are the basis of the employment service system are connected to the Internet 2. A database device 6 is connected to the central server device 4 and the communication server device 5.
