Centricigural osciallting engine of inertial exploitation is a form of engine of internal combustion type, that exploiting an external linear kinetic energy (pair of pistons of internal combustion) (4), changes a given rotational kinetic condition of a specific mechanical system of motion production (Figure 1). The application of the force is performed directly to the rotation axis of the flywheel (6), thus changing the inertial condition of the system in motion either by deceleration or by acceleration.
