The unit has copper particles obtained from a mixture of electrolytic copper, atomized copper and crushed copper, and a mixture of natural graphite, organic binder e.g. bakelite resin, and molybdenum disulphide. The weight percent of the copper particles is comprised between 20 and 60 percentage. Additional metal e.g. zinc carbonate, is added with material in the form of metallic particles. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a fabricating method of a sliding contact unit (B) a fabricating method of an electric motor operating under low voltage.
