<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To first provide an induction heating billet heater which can prevent a trouble wherein a billet and the following billet both passing through the induction heating billet heater leave the heater while both billets are melt-stuck to each other, the trouble occurring when the billets pass through the induction heating billet heater, and which enables billets to be sent to the next process while they are surely separated from each other, to secondly provide an induction heating billet heater which can prevent the occurrence of temperature difference between an upper part and an lower part of the billet due to cooling of the billet caused by heat transfer from the billet to a guiding rail occurring at a portion where the billet and the rail come in contact with each other and which thereby can heats the billet at a uniform heating temperature distribution over a cross-section of the billet, and to thirdly provide an induction heating billet heater which materializes the above first and second objects. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating billet heater is constituted in such a manner that in an induction heating coil, a vibrating motor is connected with one pair of the guiding rails extended while placing the billet to be heated thereon and constituting a passing route and the vibrating motor gives the vibration to the guiding rails placing the billet to be heated thereon and causing it to pass through the coil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
