<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service with high convenience to a guest as well as a host, in an event including a wedding ceremony and a reception banquet at invitation and the day of the event, or even after the event. <P>SOLUTION: An event operation support system for prompting a guest to confirm participation by a card including playback information and a personal identification number stored therein, providing a variety of types of information, and confirming the guest at the reception of the event. The event operation support system includes a control section 12 comprising a guest information registration-management function 12a for registering and managing guest information sent from guest terminals into a memory means, an output information registration-management function 12b for registering and managing mail messages, which are sent from the host and to be sent to the guest terminals at each predetermined date/time, in the memory means as output information, a mail transmission management-execution function 12c for sending predetermined electronic mails to the guest terminals based on the output information, and a management information transmission/reception function 12d for sending the guest information and the output information to a terminal installed at an event place, before the event is held. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
