<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contract price prediction system for properly calculating a predicted contract price by reflecting the market price of merchandise equivalent to merchandise desired to be auctioned. <P>SOLUTION: This contract price prediction system is provide with a successful bid information database 14 with successful bid information recorded thereon; a Web server 7 for providing an auction service; and a management server 9 for managing the database or the Web server. The management server 9 extracts the appearance information of the merchandise desired to be auctioned and the successful bid information about merchandise whose use periods are matched from the successful bid information database 14, and calculates the reference value of a market price from the extracted successful bid information, and calculates the predicted successful bid price about the merchandise desired to be auctioned by correcting the calculated market price reference value based on a parameter showing the use state of the merchandise desired to be auctioned. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
