A roof dynamic damper for a vehicle is provided to reduce vibration and noise and control spring constant value of the damper spring by varying the number of the spring plates which are fixed to a roof panel among a plurality of springs. A roof dynamic damper for a vehicle comprises: a damper spring(60) which a part of several spring plates is permanently fixed to a roof panel(50); a damper mass(70) supported with the damper spring; and a spring varying unit varying the constant of the damper spring. A part of the rest which is not fixed to the roof panel among a plurality of spring plates is selectively fixed to the roof panel with the spring varying unit according to the driving speed of the vehicle.
