An apparatus for absorbing impact of a bumper is provided to improve safety about car accidents by arranging an impact absorbing material to an impact absorption body. An apparatus for absorbing impact of a bumper comprises the followings: an impact absorption body(10) arranged on an outer side of a front frame of a vehicle; a plate(20) arranged inside the frame; an impact absorbing material(30) moved and inserted into the frame and the absorption body; and an elastic member(40) restoring the impact absorbing member to an original location.
