An engine mounting unit is provided to reduce the vibration generated in the engine by installing porous materials between upper and lower air flowing parts of upper and lower plates. An engine mounting unit comprises: a center bolt(3) in which the front end is connected to an engine; a core(5) mounted along the external cylindrical circumference of the lower part of the center bolt; an insulator(7) adhering to the outer circumference of a core and having a chamber(9) inside; a housing(11) adhering to the outer circumference of the insulator; a upper plate(20) in which an upper air flow portion(21) is formed at the center; a lower plate(30) in which a lower air flow portion(31) is formed at center; and a porous member being formed between the upper air flow portion and the lower air flow portion.
