A manufacturing method of stainless steel including titanium is provided to keep a slab clean by controlling the number of operation time based on the variation of opening of a sliding gate. A manufacturing method of stainless steel including titanium comprises a step of making molten steel(110) in an electric furnace or refining furnace, a step of securing target composition and temperature of the molten steel in the refining furnace, a step of feeding the molten steel filled in a plurality of ladles(120) in continuous casting to a mold(160) through the openings of a tundish(130), a sliding-gate(140), and a submerged nozzle(150), a step of cooling the molten steel provided to the mold, and a step of producing a slab(170) by grinding the cooled molten steel.
