A multi-layered sound-absorbing material is provided to improve sound absorption function by positioning a chip made of porous polyurethane between covers formed with polyethylene terephthalate. A multi-layered sound-absorbing material includes a cover(100) formed with polyethylene terephthalate, and a chip(300) made of porous polyurethane and located between the covers. The multi-layered sound-absorbing material reciprocates the covers from outer sides of the covers, and is combined on the covers through sewing(500).
