A fixing structure of a window glass guide channel for a vehicle's door is provided to enable a guide channel to be easily fixed to an inner panel of a door by a fixing unit, which fixes the one side of the guide channel to a mounting unit. A fixing structure of a window glass guide channel for a vehicle's door comprises: a guide channel(20) installed on one side of an inner panel to guide a window glass; a mounting unit wherein one side of the guide channel is settled; and a fixing unit(41) to fix the one side of the guide channel to the mounting unit. A protrusion(42) is formed inside the fixing unit. A groove(23) is formed on the external surface of the guide channel to be engaged with the protrusion.
