The device for rotation of doors of coke ovens contains rotating frame, assembled on the basis, with implements for mounting of the doors, which are entitled to restoration, and means for rotation of frame from vertical position into horizontal and vice versa. The device is furnished with U-shaped bar, gimbal-mounted on bearing of the basis with ability to turn around horizontal axis. The rotating frame is installed on the mentioned bar with ability to turn around longitudinal axis. The means for rotation of frame from vertical position into horizontal and vice versa are made in form of two rods, located on both sides of rotating frame, gimbal-mounted at the top with side members of rotating frame, and at the bottom – with nuts, flexible jointed with studs, which are installed into horizontal guide plates, fixed on the area, and connected with stators of worm mechanisms, which worms are connected among themselves and with the drive. For the purpose of rotation of rotating frame in horizontal position around longitudinal axis the superior areas of the mentioned rods are made rotational for theirs releasing from gimbal connection with the rotating frame. |
