Sections of a belt conveyer for a loading point is used at the quarries and ore-dressing enterprises, in other branches of industry. It is used separate fastening of roller bearings, in which frameworks of middle rollers are located on an additional belt, and the frameworks of lateral rollers are fastened on supporting posts through spring suspensions, which are passed across the basic belt and under additional belt. The basic belt is located above the middle rollers with a clearance 0.01 of the value of the span length between them. Disclosed separate methods of fastening the roller bearings on elastic elements, and presence of the clearance between the belt and middle rollers in aggregate decrease dynamic loads and increase longevity of the elements of section. |
