FIELD: physics; radio. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radar absorbent material and can be used in the radio engineering industry for anechoic chambers and construction of radio engineering structures providing radio camouflage and protection of personnel from effect of powerful microwave radiations. To obtain radar absorbent material, expanded clay granules are covered with a carbon film in a soot modification by dipping the expanded clay granules in a suspension of the following composition, wt %: water 81.5, sulphanole 1.9, soot 11.9, liquid glass 4.7. The composition of the suspension provides soot content in the coating of 50 vol. %. ^ EFFECT: design of material capable of absorbing electromagnetic radiation in the microwave range. |
