PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor drive control device having a high degree of freedom of setting a target rotational speed and capable of simplifying input of a command signal from the outside and easily changing the setting of the target rotational speed by the command signal.SOLUTION: A motor drive control device 1 comprises a control circuit unit 3 which outputs a drive control signal Sd for driving a motor 20 according to the command signal input from the outside, and a motor drive unit 2 which outputs a drive signal to the motor 20 on the basis of the drive control signal Sd. When step command signals Ss and Sb are input, the control circuit unit 3 generates a target rotational speed signal Se on the basis of the command step determined on the basis of the step command signals Ss and Sb and predetermined setting information 38.
