PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create two control signals for on/off control in an electronic apparatus on the basis of the state of one port of a controller.SOLUTION: The present electronic apparatus includes a central processing unit (CPU) 1 and a control signal creation circuit 3. The CPU 1 has a three-state port 2.
