PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem when a piezoelectric vibrator is considered as being a kind of power supply, that it operates as a power supply having a very high internal resistance, a difference of impedance becomes large to the impedance in the load side during many applications, thereby losing matching which makes effective use of energy impossible. SOLUTION: A structure is proposed as a means of reducing the internal impedance, where piezoelectric plates are laminated in view of increasing electrostatic capacitance among electrodes. However, the equal voltage can be generated by adjusting the thickness of the piezoelectric plates to be laminated, depending on the stress generated at the laminated area, and these plates are connected in parallel. |
