A magnetic cell sorting chip and a magnetic cell sorting apparatus. The sorting chip (101) comprises a liquid pipeline (1011) which is in the shape of an involute. The liquid pipeline (1011) comprises a first port (1), a second port (2), a third port (3), and a fourth port (4); the third port (3) is located at the innermost end of the involute; the fourth port (4) is located at the outermost end of the involute; the first port (1) and the second port (2) are both located between the third port (3) and the fourth port (4), and the first port (1) is closer to the third port (3) than the second port (2); the second port (2) is used for connecting to cell solutions to be sorted; the first port (1) is used for connecting to a rinsing solution; the third port (3) is used for collecting target cells; the fourth port (4) is used for collecting residual liquid. The apparatus has a simple structure, is efficient and reliable, and is suitable for continuous and high-capacity magnetic cell separation. The apparatus is integrated with a target cell washing function so that cell sorting and washing can be completed at one time, thereby achieving high-quality continuous cell sorting. |
