PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for heating a thermoplastic resin maintainable at a heating temperature suitable at a melting temperature without requiring special temperature control in the case where a resin is heated by microwave heating, and further, the method having no risk of spark generation.SOLUTION: The inside of a die material containing microwave absorption heat generation ferrite absorbing microwaves so as to be heat-generated and whose temperature rising is stopped at a prescribed temperature is filled with a thermoplastic resin as the body to be heated, after its sealing, microwaves are applied thereto, and, by this microwave irradiation, the die material is heat-generated, and its temperature is increased to a prescribed one, thus the body to be heated at the inside of the die material is heated and melted.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
