PLANT MAINTENANCE OPERATION SUPPORT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant maintenance support system which reduces cost, improves read accuracy and performs easy and secure interlock processing.SOLUTION: The plant maintenance support system comprises a server 1, a plurality of information terminals 3 and a facility state indicator 4 that is fitted to each of operation target devices 20-20. The facility state indicator includes: a first two-dimensional code that is provided in a first display part; a second two-dimensional code that is provided in a second display part; and a movable member that moves reciprocally between a first position and a second position. The first two-dimensional code includes a unique facility state ID and processing content information, and the second two-dimensional code includes a unique facility state ID and processing content information which is different from that of the first two-dimensional code. If the facility state IDs and the processing content information included in the two-dimensional codes are matched with a facility state ID and processing content information of an acquired operation procedure table and the system is unlocked, a client program transmits a request for updating a facility processing record associated with the facility state ID into a processing completed state to the server.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
