PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image server device and a scene extraction program which enable a user to speedily grasp the content of moving image information posted to a moving image posting service.SOLUTION: The device executes: an extraction process of extracting a first portion with a relatively less motion in moving image information and a second portion with a relatively more motion in the moving image information; and a digest moving image transmission process of transmitting digest moving image information obtained by combining the first portion and the second portion in the moving image information extracted by the extraction process, so as to be reproducible by an information processor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
