PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold-clamping device which prevents such trouble that errors in a mold-opening amount of each machine body of the mold-clamping device are caused or not caused in a core-back operation, due to machining errors existing in components of the mold-clamping device.SOLUTION: A mold-clamping device 14 includes a pressure-receiving platen 24, a fixed platen 20, a movable platen 22, a toggle mechanism 28 and a driving device 37. A first position detector 38a detects an operation amount of the movable platen 22 on the basis of the position of a crosshead 26. The pressure detector 35 detects actual mold-clamping force of a metal mold 19. A second position detector 43 detects the actual position of the movable platen 22. A control part 50 includes: first correction means for correcting the operation amount of the movable platen 22 at the time of a micro mold-open operation on the basis of the actual mold-clamping force and set mold-clamping force; and second correction means for correcting the operation amount of the movable platen 22 at the time of a micro mold-open operation on the basis of the operation amount of the movable platen 22 and the position of the movable platen 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
