PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a coating film having an inclining structure in which the blending quantity of functionality is gradually changed by a simple method.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a coating film includes: a coating process of forming a coating layer in which two or more layers are laminated by carrying out the simultaneous multilayer coating of two or more coating liquids containing active energy ray curable resin and solvent on a base material; a temporary drying process of carrying out the temporary drying of the coating layer, and removing a part of the solvent contained in the coating layer; a temporary curing process of emitting an active energy ray to cure a part of the active energy ray curable resin contained in the coating layer after the temporary drying process; a main drying process of drying the coating layer after the temporary curing process; and a main curing process of emitting the active energy ray to further cure the coating layer after the main drying process. Any one coating liquid among the two or more coating liquids contains functional materials. |
