PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase shifter, a signal processing device and an electromagnetic wave carrier device capable of suppressing the deterioration of a device function.SOLUTION: The phase shifter includes a first signal path and a second signal path. The first signal path connects between a signal input terminal and a signal output terminal, to transmit a signal. The second signal path, branching from the first signal path, is connected to a ground terminal, and includes a switch part which can cut off the signal. At least the first signal path transmits the signal through either a first signal transmission member which becomes a superconductive state at a predetermined temperature or lower and a second signal transmission member which is formed of an electric conductor and juxtaposed with the first signal transmission member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
